The North Texas MLK Parade & Celebration uniquely brings together 5 counties..Dallas County, Tarrant County, Collin County, Denton County, Rockwall County, Ellis County, and Kaufman County and other surrounding areas for a regional celebration showcasing empowering speakers, star-studded entertainment, top college and high school marching bands, community organizations, leaders, along with featured civic and corporate community service projects and support education through the presentation of scholarships.

A portion of proceeds benefit educational scholarships provided by community organizations across North Texas, to include but not limited to, the Arlington MLK Celebration Committee, Nu Pi Lamda Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., and participating schools and community organizations.
